Home Bargains is investing approximately £500,000 into a new Merry Hill store, which will open its doors on Saturday, April 21 at 8.30am.
The top brand, bottom price retailer has brought up to 40 jobs to the area, with its latest store in Merry Hill Shopping Centre on Brierly Hill. This will be the third Home Bargains store to open in the region, with additional stores at Bentley Bridge Retail Park and Church Street.
With plans to open another 50 stores in the next twelve months, the discount retailer is bucking current trends on the high street.
Joe Morris, operations director at Home Bargains, commented: “Home Bargains is excited to be opening our store in Merry Hill and we look forward to welcoming new customers.”
The 13,000 sq ft store will give shoppers the chance to get their hands on the latest bargains, including a great selection of homewares. Home Bargains also stocks a range of other top brand goods at fantastic value, including health & beauty, household, sweets & snacks, home style and drinks & alcohol.
