Fast Track Management Programme                                    

To support our phenomenal growth we have recently launched an exciting new programme to develop internal/external candidates into the role of Store Manager. What makes the scheme different to others is that you don't have to have retail management experience to be suitable. We are looking for bright, keen, flexible, reliable and hard working individuals who want to maximize their career potential in the shortest possible time.

The programme is designed to last 6-9 months and we believe at the end of it you will have developed sufficient retailing and man management skills to run a store of your own. However, it does not stop there. Since it is our policy to promote from within we hope to find our future Relief, Area and Regional Managers from our own labour force. As a Fast Track Manager you will be in an ideal position to take advantage of these future career opportunities.

During your training you will work in a number of stores around the Area/UK, so key to your success will be your ability to be flexible and adaptable to your work location.  You will be required to stay away from home during your training period.  At the end of your training we will endeavour to place you in a store, within a reasonable travel time, to suit your personal circumstances.  You will need to be able to drive and have your own car.  A car allowance will be provided during your training period/up to the point you go onto Management grade pay scale.  Throughout your training you will receive regular reviews on your progress and performance and have an identified development plan to work against.
